How we'll collaborate:

I don't work for companies. I'm not a recruiter. I'm your "help me help you" agent. That's common for talent in the sports or entertainment industry, but I believe tech talent is equally as valuabe.


Just like any agent I charge a 10% fee for my services. However, your new employer pays me this fee only for the first year of your employment, and only when you're still employed.


Currently, I'm especially looking for senior talent in engineering, design, and product management. Having worked in these disciplines myself, I can navigate them in detail. I'm also focused on Europe, being based in Amsterdam. However, I'm open to talk to anyone, anywhere, who's ambitious and eager.

What i'll do for you:

Career planning
Remote or on-site, IC or people manager, startup or big tech? We'll talk through your goals and options so we can find work that makes you truly happy.

Benchmarking
I'll pull together data on compensation and compare it to your seniority, location, and your personal needs. We'll aim for the right percentile.

Inbound
If a recruiter or company reaches out, just forward them my way and get back to work. I'll check if it's worth your time. Sometimes, I'll also share an opportunity with you from my network if it's a fit.

Outreach
The companies in my network are constantly looking for talent like yours. I'll get you a warm introduction to the companies that fit your interests and preferred role. I don't do cold-emails or templates. I only use the connections I've made during 15 years of working in tech.

Negotiation
Based on market conditions and your needs, I'll negotiate your contract for you.

Mentorship

There are peers and mentors out there willing to help you overcome day-to-day challenges as well as keep your career moving forward on the long term. I'll connect you.

Support
Our relationship doesn't stop when you're hired. You'll have my number and I'm available whenever you get promoted, hit a bump in the road, or just want to chat about your career.
